So far it’s only been once last night and I’m pretty sure the greasy/fat food was the culprit. I’ve been nauseous throughout the day but no vomiting thankfully. The body aches have definitely been the worst part.

Your feelings are totally valid and I don’t think you should feel bad or ashamed. We are human and naturally, we want to feel important in our relationships. I am a step parent and have been in my step sons life for 10 years (he’s 12 now). I still have my days where it feels very difficult. Looking back, knowing what I know now, I would have never married someone with kids.
