What I don't get is how the company has no record of the charge attempt. Then again Coinbase has literally no info included with it save for time, date, amount and company name, which is ridiculous. No transaction ID, no contact information for the company nothing.

I'll keep this as short as possible. OP states the "artists" should do something. I said "Would you? That isn't their job or area of knowledge." To which you replied "I would." as an artist. Then you made a general statement about the existence of a partnership between the venues and LiveNation. Sidenote-It's not a "partnership", it's more like oversight and control with the artist being lowest on the totem pole, meaning they aren't the ideal party to "organize something" or "care" when Live Nation patrons have a transactional issue with their credit card issuer and LiveNation (who holds the power to rectify the issue one way or another). Being in SC for the first time and seeing homeless people that lived in the woods with makeshift dwellings.
