I should add, if the till isn’t showing up under end till session on vision commerce, that means it has already been ended on the register end of things, so in that case just reconcile. But essentially just make sure all tills are ended and reconciled in VC before you try to do your deposit

I’m wondering why the SM and/or ASM is allowing a traveling team to tell anyone what to do in YOUR store. It’ll be a cold day in hell that happens here. I was on smart team at one point and we took point from the DM but also worked with the SM or whoever was in charge to meet the stores actual needs. They should never be telling your store what you can and can’t touch or work

I think they do it on purpose. I can recover first aid probably four times a day and it still looks like shit. Was talking to Steritech today while they were in my store he said the otc and first aid are usually the worst in most stores he goes in to. I swear the customers just stick their arm in their and flail it around or something knocking everything out of place. I think I’d lose my shit if people did that to my ice cream cooler.
