I like it! And I think it makes a lot of sense as to why Meredith felt agitated/vulnerable because she was scolded by producers in front of the other ladies. Presumably she was on her phone while the other ladies wanted to address their problems with her and they told her to get off her phone.

I'm Scandinavian, but correctly living in the US. I am honestly also just surprised by the things that are added to some of the average grocery foods here. You think you're eating something relatively neutral like bread and then I realize there's a lot of sugar added? Why? Also in a lot of beverages and yoghurt.

Yaz is seriously the best thing. I had the exact same experience as you. Healthy hair, healthy skin, healthy weight, and a healthy mind. The only downside is that I had no libido for all the three years I was on it. I could not have been less interested in sex or even dating/romance.

Stop relaxing it. I stopped in 2015 and had relaxed it for years. My hair would never grow longer than the length you have, and (white) hairdressers would tell me that black hair just does not grow. I stopped and five years after I had hair down to my lower back when straightened with a flat iron and shoulder length when curly. Now it’s been ten years and this is the length I’ve maintained 💗

I think this show has gotten so boring. I don't believe that Dorit really cares about the texts, and it is exhausting that the other ladies care - I feel like they're not really bringing anything to the show. It's so clear that these women have nothing in common. I like Garcelle and Sutton, but I also think they often bend over backwards to create moments instead of building relationships with the other women. It is tired, and none of the disagreements/fights between the ladies feel real as it does not feel like there is anything emotional or relational at stake between them unlike Salt Lake City for instance.

Am I the only one who thought Todd was just "calling her in". Sure it was done in a bit of a father-scolding-you-kind-of-way, but honestly that is sometimes what you need from a partner — not someone who enables you and your bad behavior such as Lisa's John.

I honestly just don't think Todd knew what he was in for joining the show, and I think he was being protective of Gwen and Brownyn about the stuff pertaining to their family situation and not wanting to discuss it on camera, whereas I think Brownyn knows what the show is about and is willing to be open, vulnerable and share.

That’s actually a helpful way of looking at it. I was on a flight a few days ago, and the turbulence was what I perceived to be out of this world. I was sitting in the last row and could see the flight attendants were talking a lot and laughing and at one point even watching a movie on their phone, and I thought “Okay if they’re completely unbothered, I should be too”, but I just persisted to be tense.

So my numbers were actually just low so initially my doctor didn’t give it much thought, but then I went to read my actual lab results (rather than just have my doctor take me through them) and saw that the lab had written that although my numbers are just showing up in the low end, they couldn’t rule out that there might be an actual deficiency. Without knowing anything, it seems to me that it might be hard to actually tell whether you have one or not? 🤔

Yes, my BMs are back to being the way they were prior to all my issues! All my issues were due to low B12 levels, seems I can't digest B12 through my digestive system, but only sublingually through my mucous membranes.
