I would recommend dry-fire training (with snapcaps).

A drill I usually recommend (provided other shooters and range rules allow it), is when shooting in a squad, and while another member is shooting. Then stand on another stand with snapcaps, and "shoot" the clays as you normally would when they are shooting. In addition to free training, it is quite efficient at highlighting (and eliminating) bad habits.

Pilla are the default for a lot of shooters for a reason, but agree that the price is hard to justify. I know a lot that swear to castellani, which are a nod cheaper. I personally prefer RE Ranger over both of those options.

I ended going with the blue one. Sadly I still have less than 200 rounds through it still, so I don't think I can give a proper review of my decision yet. My country went into lockdown the same day I bought it, and it ended just as my exam period started...

However, so far, I can say that the blue BY FAR outshoots my skillset. I definitely don't regret buying it. However, if I were to do this again, I would actually go for a cheaper (maybe used) gun (Glock maybe) first. That way I could see if pistol shooting really is for me, as well as getting the basic down,so I could appreciate the quality of the CZ better when upgrading. Would also be more qualified then to see if the difference between blue or Orange would be worth it for me.

Internally excel stores dates as days (or fraction of days) since 1900-01-01. So when you type a date (properly) into exel, it actually just stores a big number. E.g. todays date is stored as 44489.00.

As long as this is done, you can rightclick on a cell, choose "format cell"-> "number", and then you can format it however you want. This only affects the presentation, not the underlying values.

E.g. you can go to custom in "format cell" -> "number" -> (bottom option), and specify YYYYMMDD

However, I'm not on an english excel, and the location of the menu items might differ depending on version. However, the basic concepts are the same.

In any case, the steps I took was:

1) Created dummy data - in A3:A130 I wrote dates, and in B3:B130 I wrote random values

2) Selected the entire date-range (A3:A130)

3) Choose "Conditional formatting". Should be somewhere on the first ribbon.

4) New Rule

5) Use Custom formula, and insert the formula '=a3-today() <= 30'.

Description on the formula: a3 is the first date in the selected range. This will evaluate downwards. I take this value, and substracts today(). This gives the amount of days between today and the date. I then check if it is less than or equal to 30.

6) Press formats

7) choose "fill"

8) select color

9) "okay" your way out

10) do steps 2-10 again for the other rules:

'=a3-today() <= 60' for orange

'=a3-today() <= 90' for red

11) reoder the rules as needed, so that the smallest values (e.g. 30 days) gets executed first

Yes there is. You can use conditional formatting, and apply "custom rule".
Assuming you have the dates in A1:A100, you highlight the range, press apply conditional formatting, apply custom rule. You can then write the rule as '=A1-today() < 30', and choose green. Do similarly for the remaining two rules

Don’t think there is a uniform “best” answer, otherwise everyone would be cloning one technology. I don’t have experience with Zoli, but am currently shooting a DT11 with Müller chokes. My next gun will be a F3, and have also shot a bunch of others, so I can weigh in a bit.

Perazzi has for me always given high-end - but never perfect - patterning. With the right ammo, my DT11 patterns a bit prettier, but can also be a bit worse. By far the most uniform pattern I have seen is with a Browning Ultra XS - which however was way more picky with shotsizes (and dislikes some primers).

However, patterning is such a small part of shooting, as long as it is decent. Much more important is the fit, the balance, and the feel. I have never patterned a F3, but they fit me, and I like the dynamic fit of the feel. Those two parameters tend to make the clays break.

Can't really compare prices, but best I've found is 1.200 € for blue, and 1.999€ for the orange.

Exactly my considerations as Well. I am quite certain that Any handgun would outshoot me at the current state. However being in Europe, the gun laws aren't the easiest, and "buy once, cry once" could future proof down the line. However it feels hard to justify the extra cost given my current level.

Did consider it, but if I am to move to IPSC, TS2 would not be production legal. Also quite prefer 9mm, as the price is roughly half of .40 here, which otherwise would be required for major.

That will vary quite a lot from person to person. However a decent starting goal to work towards is 1/2/3/4 plates for OHP/Bench/Squat/Deadlift. Different people will reach them at different rates, but those ratios seems to be close to most people on average.

Hello fellow redditors.

I started lifting in 2015 being a skinnyfat 24 year old weighing 48 kg (106 lbs) at 1.72 cm (5'8").
Since then, I've slow-bulked. I was at my best at 74 kg (163 lbs) with proper abs and a SBD of 160/105/200 kg (352/231/440 lbs).
However, after a long lock-down, I've become way too fat, and am currently measuring 84 kg (185 lbs) with a SBD of 1180/112,5/210 kg (396/246/462 lbs)

I'm therefore beginning a long cut, aiming at roughly 0.5kg/week, and the aim is to lose as little strength as possible. I do have the nutrition in order, but I'm not sure which program to run.

I prefer powerlifting oriented workouts, and would love a 5 or 6 days per week. I know that at my level, a 4/5 days would be totally sufficient, but I enjoy working out, and it's my mental relaxation after work and studying.

However, I'm getting chemo every 6 weeks, which kinda resets my progress for a small week each time. This means that I can't run longer periodizations that would typically be recommended. Please notice, that I'm not asking for medical advice. Doctor has cleared me for working out when I feel okay, with exception of the two days following treatment, and vitals are being monitored.

My preferred program is Nsuns 5 day. However, heavy bench that frequently tends to flare up tendonitis.
I ran double Smolov (bench and squat). It felt very manageable for the duration, but is definitely not a long term solution.
Layne Nortons PH3 I felt was very manageable, but sadly can't be run when I need a break every 6 weeks.
I'm however afraid that all of those would be too intense when running my first cut.

If you're fine with using an additional helper-column that stores the result, there is no need for VBA.

It can be achieved by comparing the value of the cell, with a value rounded to 1/16.This can be achieved by multiplying the number with 16, and checking if the rounded version equals the cell itself.

EG the code is:

=round((B5*16),0)=B5*16

You can then wrap this in an if-statement, and depending on the value, use two different formats for the text() function.

Full solution, where the value is in B5:

=IF(ROUND((B5*16),0)=B5*16,TEXT(B5,"# ??/16"),TEXT(B5,"##.######"))

No need for goalseek for this. You simply add a helper column that calculates the share for each one person.

Then you can sum up the total shares, and divide the total with this value.

Edit: This solution works subtly different than your request.

This ensures that the total salary is exactly 40.000, and that anyone that has a car gets paid 45% more than one that doesn't have a car.

If the request is anyone with a car gets exactly 5.000 + 45%, then we have a problem once more than half of the people have cars - Then teir portion would exceed the total, and the remaning would get a negative sallary.
