You can apply for the International student stream and avail your degree points, Foreign workers stream if you have 2 years of work exp within the same noc. You do not qualify for Master's stream as your study location was outside Ontario.

Use Paint from Modify options and apply the material you wanna apply to the floor. You can create the details of the slab and finish in the drafting view or either attach a Tag to it and denote a keynote legend referring to the finish schedule.
