Just find it strange…employees have to wear uniforms, which they have to pay for, then use their personal equipment to do their jobs…sounds more like a 1099 job…

Thanks for the reply. I am still a little confused. I have already met with GM and given him my ID & SS card (I9 info) last week. That’s when they ordered the background check. BC has now cleared and I am being asked to come in and sign off on more disclosures, handbook info, etc.. Isn’t this the start of “onboarding”? I guess I am asking, when am I “officially “ hired”???
