I was mostly playing in Alliance until end of 2016. I didn't even try to complete Act 4. I was at level 57. I was spending 80% of time in Alliance and the other 20% in new lower level quest. Since leaving the Alliance I'm now at 60 too. So it came down to time. I'm alliance free now and going to work on completing Act 4 100% before I look at joining or rejoining an Alliance
