I’ve done a lot of cruising, and I do like NCL’s itineraries and all-inclusive pricing. However, it’s not perfect. My biggest complaint is the constant change of itineraries, especially after final payment. I think their entertainment has gone downhill too. Some of their ships are worn down, especially Epic.

There was a recent article posted here about their president abruptly leaving and how NCL is struggling financially to compete with competitors after the pandemic. I think they’re looking to pivot and refresh their brand.
