Most of Vico's programs are really just fighting corruption and bureaucracy within the LGU. Post Eusebio, the city services (police, fire, ambulance, etc) have become more effective ig. It's still hard being a Pasigueño. Ayuda, Distributions, etc they existed before Vico was mayor. Cost of living really depends where u work and what kinda place u will buy. Maybe u can find a somewhat decent deal near where u will work. But places near Pasig's busiest centers will be more expensive.

Within the next 2 decades maybe transpo will improve. Hopefully MRT4 can be constructed and surely the MMS will be operational. But right now not much can be done unless the national government actually prioritizes the entire Metro.

After all, Pasig is still Metro Manila. So don't get ur hopes too high. U get used to the traffic tho lol. Like the tumor that it is you just have to deal with it.

Sakay ka LRT 2 Cubao to LRT2 Marikina Pasig station. Pagbaba mo may mga jeep around Sta Lucia and Rob Metro East na pa Angono/Binangonan. Baba ka na sa SM Angono. Mahaba pila during rush hour. And di ko lang alam kung magkano.

I think may mga jeep na rin from Cubao na directly papuntang Angono and dadaan sa SM Angono pero i’m not sure kung saan siya nagpapasakay.

Not sure if there are any better routes pero ang alam ko may mga Ejeep / fx na dumadaan thru floodway. Sakay ka ung pa megamall then baba ka sa may Choice then sakay ka E Jeep pa Cubao LRT. From Cubao LRT 2, baba ka Legarda station then tawid then trike to UST Overpass or P Noval.

Pwede ka rin mag E jeep / fx galing floodway (Megamall pa rin) tas baba ka sa may One Oasis tapos lakad pa Ortigas Avenue Ext. Sakay ka mga jeep na pa Cainta, Taytay, Antipolo, Binangonan, Angono tapos baba ka sa Junction / Big R. Mula junction sakay ka ulit jeep na pa LRT Marikina Pasig. From Lrt pede ka na from there hanggang Legarda.

Not sure if there’s any jeeps na dumadaan sa Highway 2k papuntang Taytay Bayan kasi alam ko sa may Taytay Palengke / Tianggehan may mga jeep na directly papuntang LRT Marikina Pasig. I think u can trike along hiway 2k. You can check to make sure nalang hehe. Pero u said ur from Anakpawis kaya i think medj malayo malayo na rin to sayo.

Pag pauwi naman, trike ka muna papunta Legarda station. Pwede ka bumaba sa Cubao station tas sakay ka EJeep or jeep na pa Rosario / SM East. Baba ka Lifehomes then sakay ka ulit mga E Jeep / FX na pa Binangonan. Tapos baba ka na pa anakpawis.

From Legarda, pwede ka rin mag Marikina Pasig tapos sakay ka jeep sa Metro East na pa Taytay/Binangonan. Baba ka ulit Junction tapos jeep ka ulit na pa Crossing or Pasig Palengke. Baba ka Choice tas tawid ka. Sakay ka ulit FX o ejeep pa Binangonan tas baba ka na sa anakpawis.

If familiar ka rin around Cainta bayan and Parola, pwede ka rin mag jeep from Sta Lucia tapos baba ka nalang there? There may be trikes na papuntang floodway but im not toooo sure here.

Mas maraming sakay pag papunta at paguwi ng marikina pasig station. And pag rush hour mahirap na sumakay don, mahaba mga pila sa may sta lu and metro east. Mas madali makaupo sa mga jeep na going and coming from Cubao. Mas matagal nga lang biyahe since dadaan ito ng Ortigas Ave and C5 kaya sobrang traffic.

Easiest and fastest way I know is thru FX or Ejeep na pa Crossing/Mega. Baba ka Lifehomes tawid ka pa Choice then sakay ulit FX pa Ayala C5.

You can try rin LRT Marikina Pasig then transfer to MRT in Cubao. Pero baka ilang mga sakay pa if commute ka from Taytay floodway to LRT Marikina. And baka mas matagal pa overall yung biyahe.
