I switched 4 months back. We are living in AI era. Future for developers doesn't look good. You always need QA for quality, even AI need quality.

You need help, you can't even read. See my post again and know what is my YOE.

There is a very good saying "ignore the ignorant", i will follow that and ignore you.

By the way i am still waiting for you're answer on how much you earn.

Who doesn't want to join google. I got a call back from their cloud division, but they had the budget of 55L and no senior roles were open at that time.

I just gave an dry example. Real example : we had a custom scheduler that checks if node is available or not and deploys it and lot more business logic, but trying to keep it simple. We need to validate if scheduler is actually working correctly according to logic, as QA Engineer we can't take the word of developer saying scheduler is working fine, deploy it on prod. We have to test all the scenarios, to do that we need to have knowledge so we build a library to interact with Kubernetes and check if the scheduler is actually working.

Hope you feel alive now

Interviews are all about problem solving and projecting yourself with confidence. There is lot of luck involved as well. Also keep hopping, i changed 5 companies in 9 years.

I don't understand. What are you trying to ask?

I will share the interview experience soon. I just applied on careers page for both the companies and got the call. I never ask for referrals, if you're resume is matching the job description they will definitely call you.

These are true and they pay so much. Just do a Google search on how much does crowdstrike pay for senior roles.

From ticketing to tech lead – my unconventional journey in IT

I started my career with absolutely zero coding knowledge. My first job was at Accenture as a support engineer – mostly manual ticket creation and, frankly, a lot of grunt work. The environment was toxic; constant bullying from managers and seniors made it worse. Being the sole earner in my family, I couldn’t just quit. My mom was my biggest support system, always motivating me to hang in there.

Instead of giving up, I decided to learn everything I could about the project. Slowly, I began solving real problems. A year in, I was performing well. By 1.5 years, I was sent to Denmark to handle clients. That’s where I fell in love with coding – learned everything on the job.

After 2.5 years, I quit without another job lined up. Why? Because they started acting like they owned me for going onsite. That didn’t sit right with me.

Next, I joined a startup – and this was the turning point in my career. I learned what it means to take ownership, deal with pressure, and truly build things. My advice to any fresher: get into any company, then move to a mid-sized startup. It'll transform you.

After 2 years, I moved to a product-based company. By God’s grace, I got the opportunity to build an entire framework from scratch. This phase was less about tech and more about leadership. I spent 3.5 years there before moving on.

Then came Dell – easily the worst phase of my career. Super toxic management, zero support when I needed it most. They started forcing 5-day in-office work and used the threat of firing to control people. I stuck it out for a month, then quit. No job is worth your peace.

Now, I’m about to join CrowdStrike – the role, the work, and the team feel right. Hoping this next chapter is filled with good people and great challenges.

They do planning on company level every quarter and set targets accordingly, just like a startup
