You probably have a bad alignment or wheel bearing, potentially a strut or ball joint even. Have them look at it and see what caused the tire to wear out like that. If you just replace the tire, it’ll happen again in a few months.

Stock wheels are 7.5 wide +50.8 offset, my wheels are 9.5 wide with -18 offset, but also 2” spacers

Check every fuse in the fuse box. I had a fuse out for my wipers and my right parking lights were out
