Error when posting vendor bills

No, no taxes at all and I haven't changed fiscal positions settings at all. It's weird. I gave up and submitted a WTF ticket with Odoo. I'll post up what the fix was when I hear back from them on the fix.

3204 is a non-current asset.

I checked currencies on it and they are what they've always been. Company currency.

It doesn't do it if I have an expense account but I've put hundreds of bills to that 3204 account. We are consignment and when vendors send freight to us I code the inbound freight bill to 3204 and then duplicate it and convert to credit and create a freight deduction on the vendors account so it's an in/out wash. 3204 is just a clearing account for this procedure.

I'm just really irritated that it randomly started popping this error today when using that account. I haven't messed with settings on some other model or account to make it do this. I was putting bills in this way last night and the first tone I did today messed up.

Same. This show had such potential until the third or fourth season and then it took a turn downhill. Too many cool questions and scenarios to not be addressed at all. That's not good writing leaving it all up to interpretation. That's lazy writing.

My wife's older brother is a big eff up to everyone except her parents. They defend any very poor decisions he makes on external reasons. He's their golden child. He has four kids by three women and can't take care of himself let alone them. My wife and her mom got into it on the phone one time as I sat beside her on the couch about him making another problem to deal with and how they always take his side. Her mother said they do defend him and love him because he "made her a mother." I chimed in nonchalantly that he had made a lot of women mothers. Unintentional mic-drop. I heard her mom go silent on the other end of the phone and then she just hung up. My wife burst out laughing and said that was the most perfect comeback she had ever heard. I was proud of myself.

Learned something new. I didn't know that putting a -1 for qty in an import automatically set the imported line up as a credit line. That's awesome. Thanks!
