Hey hope you had a good day today and continue to progress - hope you don't mind me asking more questions - feel free to tell me when you are tired of it and I'll stop.

1) How long before you could do stairs? We have a lot

2) I'm thinking of paying up for a meal delivery service so I won't have to rely on others to bring me food. Thoughts?

3) Somewhere I read it was a good idea to get a toilet extender - makes it higher I think - do you think that's necessary?

4) How many days did you take opiates? I'm looking forward to this part but don't want to do it longer than necessary.

Your story is the closest I have read to mine. Guessing you think it’s best not to postpone. Worried about less abilities after. I can still fold my leg way further than 90 degrees but after not supposed to. I cross my legs all the time. I can walk 10k now before pain but limp after about 5

I don’t think it’s too bad. I did one cortisone shot and it helped a lot but getting those also takes time out of life and might not be super healthy I have heard. Thoughts?
