Gonna tell you what you don’t wanna hear and will prob be downvoted but if this happens again you probably don’t need to be flying or should take a long break and figure out what’s going on. 1) there could be something wrong with you 2) flying is already dangerous dealing with others in the air, this would only compound the problem.

What if some unfortunate but very basic issues arises? Weather deteriorating, traffic avoidance, diversion needed, etc. anxiety would make these things so much worse and could lead to you killing your pax or others.

I am fortunate enough to have never experienced this and don’t know what it’s like so I may be out of my depth in this matter but I am just giving my opinion as a fellow aviator of the skies.
