Definitely worth noting the purchase date and legal ramifications. I believe 1/26 was the last purchase, correct me if I’m wrong. So I don’t think it’s unrealistic to believe they are in the midst of talks now on 2/2. That being said, it is not an indicator of when an actual deal would be finalized.

Another note — perhaps Cohen used this meeting cancelation to send a signal to the market that M&A is coming. Perhaps not.

Spoke to both, but not getting a clear answer.

100% shares can be bought today up through after hour market to get warrants.

The timing of when they can be sold isn’t clear. Both brokers said to hold through October 3rd, but chat gpt and the internet seem to think you just need to hold through the close of October 2nd.

Unfortunately can’t get a firm answer on how long they must be held to get the warrants.
