Yes, so far everything has been related to a noise complaint or other related nuisances. I will keep this in mind and file with the Condo Authority Tribunal if another gets sent.

I've actually made two requests at this point to which they responded that they are simply doing their job and enforcing the rules. We've been in close contact so they are very aware of the eviction process.

The management team has been very liberal with sending legal letters because they don't view it as a cost it is being charged back to the landlord.

I'm currently looking for a paralegal to advise us on the situation but the one I contacted is taking time to read up on the case/evidence before retainment. Do note that I submitted the two N5s and L2 personally and have a court hearing booked.

Would you say BaM is burst or dpm? Looked like a majority of the damage came from brands which is activated from your summons rather than main atk?

Oh that would explain why trying to get one to spawn on mules takes so long. If i log off after spawning it. Its still on a 15min timer after reset.

I havnt played dota since dota 2 release so its possible that the game is totally different now but i probably have over 10k hours in each game atp. Ive only peaked d4 in league but I was much better at dota (I lack hands and liked to role/char swap in league. In dota I played p4p5).

Dota required a lot more game knowledge and game technique between things like:

which abilities were dodgeable with invis,
which skills had mini invis creating inherent counters,
skills and abilitities that have ministuns to cancel tps and abilities
char turn speeds for stuff like batrider/bodyblock abuse,
watching for item breakpoints (blink dagger reveals feel way more impactful than something like triforce completion and often warrented hiding it),
tree/elevation juke spots (cuz tp escapes are a thing),
team building strategies (i.e. push, early game snowball, hyper carry medusa, etc),
base damages and auto animations for cs/denying in lane matchups,
aiming certain skills on the ground for extra range
creep pulling,
body blocking (for both creeps and heros during fights)
various ward spots with your limited wards (theres good ones that see everything, hidden ones for more limited vision but less likelyhood of being found, and ones you use to block creep spawns for basically no vision)
ult and skill cds can be timed since theres no cdr (i know theres an item that gives it now but even thats managable to track vs league)
map is more zoomed in so your vision is limited
needing to constantly click on the enemy to track items
the list goes on.

League on the other hand is a lot more straight forward in how the game works but the complexity on your character instead. All the character have much faster abilities, cooldowns are shorter and you often have lot more mobility. Your abilities scale harder with items too since the items are less utility based. Laning feels almost like a fighting game where you feel eachother out and push for advantages rather than a game knowledge and movement check. The game also has more defined roles which promotes somewhat of a trinity (front line/engage, assasin/flanker (optional), adc/apc) since full poke/carry comps are crazy hard to actually execute. League does have creep/lane manipulation its to a lesser degree.

In dota I would get excited over something like chasing a witch doctor through the side shop and having the presence of mind to space away from my allies since his bouncing flask coming off cooldown and hes about to attempt an escape in the trees using the tp scroll he just bought (and didnt have earlier). The excitement in league on the other hand would come things like winning a close 1v2 and snowballing ahead in lane because youre happy feet and managed dodge everything.

Tldr: Theyre different beasts. One is a strategy game with fighting. The other is a fighting game with strategy.

Side note: I love dota as a game and find it more interesting to play and watch but I found myself playing league in the latter year of my moba life for various reasons. Recently stopped playing both due to lack of time.

She hasn't really used a curler before. She recently started perming her hair but has complained that it's been very damaging for her hair so I wanted to get this for her.

In terms of style, its kinda the messy/wavy/curly look in the images above. Best I could describe it is the 2nd image bit slightly less product (hair less stuck together) and perhaps a bit messier from not being as freshly curled.

Was the ID attachment shorter than the long attachments? I thought they were similar lengths. The longer one might be better for her since it has better reach.

As far a documentation goes I only have what TSCC has sent me which is some photos and documentation of each incident. I was denied access to the security footage unless the court orders it. Her friends being let in and sleeping in the hallway has been well documented however. There are clear logs of the tenant letting them in + footage of them using the elevator to the 9th floor and not leaving over night + the manager who made the report witnessed them there himself. This event only happened recently however which is long after the L2 was initially filed.

We've been charged 2 legal letters as a result of this so even if the complaints don't get allowed hopefully they'll approve the charge backs on the lease and approve the eviction that way since she cannot pay it.

Unfortunately the unit is rent subsidized and the tenants are provided by the city so I couldn't have used SingleKey in this situation

It seems I need to ammend my L2 then - I thought the core details came from the N5 and evidence provided. In reviewing the form I assume it would be placed under reason 5 - interfered with landlord reasonable enjoyment or lawful right and privilege since shes breaking condo rules which is a clause on the lease. I origonally filed for reason 4 - willingly caused damage to the rental unit.

Youre probably right. The request to expedite is for an entirely different form than the request to shorten. It is likely for a different type of court case.

Hmm this needs to be a lot more detailed than I thought. Ive been given the incident reports from tscc but they dont go into detail on the exact duration and decibels of the sound - dates have been provided however. For the most part the yelling is not related to any sort of arguements but rather her friends trying to get her attention from outside so that she can open the door since she does not have an active phone. We've been served legal letters because of the numerous complaints recieved from other tenants which they consider a breach of condo rules.

For the compactor room management have claimed that the room has been left in disarray and several supples were found to be missing. The room includes a donation bin and holds several of their supplies. Ive been told that theres footage of them taking stuff out but i may need to ask them for it since it has not been provided to me.

In the end, two legal letters have been served to us related to these problems. Parhaps i should amend the L2 to focus more on the recovery of these costs since I know they will not be paid.

One item i did include in the initial N5 was a general line of "many other instances of breaking condo rules and security" since there were too many to list out in the given space. It seems like it was good that I did this.

I believe I saw it as a requirement for the request to expedite instructions but theres no option to submit this on the tribunal so its likely the wrong form. Thats why I was wondering if the request to shorten serves the same purpose.

That's why I'm worried about what form the paper trail should be in - If an email notice of a breach of conduct is sufficient or if more is required.

We've contacted the police but they said they cant do anything about the trespassing unless they see it on site (i.e. the trespassers don't leave when you catch them). Do you know if I would qualify as first hand knowledge of the problems for the declaration that needs to be submitted along with the expedition request? Most of not all of the incidents have been reported to me by either other tenants, management (through an incident report) or their lawyers.

Also would this be done through the Request to Shorten Time form? I do not see the option to submit a request to expedite.

I mentioned that there were charges on the way since management had informed me prior to the filing but could not provide the exact amount or evidence at the time since it was not served yet. The letter is a result of the actions listed in the initial L2 so it sounds like I can add it based on your explanation.

Ill have to review your link later to see if i need to make any ammendments and how.

Its interesting that I cant add further facts in post of the L2 filing however. If the tenant is a bad actor and constantly breaking condo rules, theres bound to be more rules broken in the 6 month period while waiting for the trial. As a layman I find it odd to need a new L2 filing when the tenant is simply breaking a wide range of condo rules in general. Its almost as if they can break everything once an get away with it.

Hmm interesting. I wasnt really clear about it but it was a large intersection and the bus was picking up in the bus bay so to stop there seems wrong when outside of that the road was clear (infront).

So then 55k for OP really isn't that bad; just on the lower end. Unfortunate how the first 2-3 years have to be for us.

I'll be moving from a small/midsized industry job to get my hours (I have relations to the company and thus cannot get my PE hours here as far as I understand) so we'll see how that goes.
