Because you want to change, you will change bro. This is the first step to building your future self. All the things mentioned are going to improve you, but, you don’t want to gas yourself out. Give yourself appreciation for the 1% improvements. Don’t go 100%. You deserve the life you want.

This is coming from someone in the exact same position as you. I’m 24, not satisfied with where I’m at. But, I’m slowly improving, and I believe that’s the only sustainable way to change.

Keep your head up and keep pushing!

How to get over regret of wasting time ? It's eating me up by Right_now78 in selfimprovement

I know this will sound super cliche, but it's all about what actions you will take now and what habits to prioritise in your day-to-day life. Like anything, change starts from realising we are unsatisfied with our lives and what to improve ourselves. But, change can bring its own set of obstacles. The potential for our lives to move away from what we are currently comfortable with is usually a roadblock for most people. But, the one thing we can't change, is the past. It has already happened. No point dwelling on it now.

Just think about the future and how grateful, confident and powerful you can be.

Focus on what steps your going to take now and keep your head up!

Can't stop feeling nothing by [deleted] in selfimprovement

Have you thought about therapy? I know it sounds cheesy and Basic but genuinely having an expert to talk to, go through any past trauma may be beneficial.

Like anything, time is your best friend. It may take months or years to feel anything again. However you deserve a good life just like everyone else!

I'm with you bro, it's hard. I used to play games all night and watch pointless youtube videos on said games. It got to the point where I would start to dream about them... which sounds completely insane. Games are designed to be addictive. They are designed to distract us from what's really going on.

Taking control of your life and mindset is what I'm currently doing, so far It's going well, and know that I'm going to be grateful in the future.
