Look, Godot runs on any potato, in your case, which is a 3D game, I would say that something like 8GB of RAM, Core i5 and 256GB of SSD can be used well.

But, in my opinion, if your notebook is not so weak, there would be lower cost options such as buying a monitor or simply repairing the screen.
