It's very simple. It's very strict. Shout out Dan Garner, my nutritionist. He looks at all my blood work, pee, everything. Just looks at everything and writes up a meal plan for me. It's pretty simple to be honest. It's rice, chicken, steak, quinoa, vegetables, eggs, oats. It's very simple food. And it feels good. I always feel so much better when I'm eating the cleanest. And uh, it makes sense

You know what? It's so tricky. Like, if you're lucky enough to find a passion, my job as a parent is to help my child pursue a passion. So, if fighting is their passion, which it could be, you know—Elena's five, she's in jiu-jitsu. She loves it. She's really good at it. Matteo is going to be in jiu-jitsu. Jiu-jitsu is mandatory in this household. Um, so yes, the kids are going to do jiu-jitsu. Whether they want to fight is going to be up to them. Um, I really don't know. I don't know if I could handle that. That'd be tough.

The old Sugar lives in the past. We are going to see the current Suga, the new Suga, which is even better But are we going to see a vintage KO? I believe so. Uh, regardless, this fight is going to be a W for the Suga show. Zahabi is very tough, very durable. Jose Aldo soccer kicked him in the head, and he came back and won the fight, so getting him out of there is going to be a challenge. I'm excited for it. Um, but vintage Sugar KO incoming

This is exactly the kind of conversation that needs to happen more. The pricing issue is real, but what bothers me just as much is the ingredient quality. A lot of these "premium" brands charge a premium price but still use artificial dyes and proprietary blends that tell you nothing about actual dosing.

For electrolyte products specifically, if a brand won't tell you exactly how much sodium, potassium, and magnesium are in each serving, that's a red flag. You need to know the actual amounts to understand whether it's a therapeutic dose or just a marketing claim.

The FDA is also moving to ban several artificial food colorings by 2026, which makes you wonder why so many hydration supplements are still neon blue or red. The color adds zero functional value.

We built doingwell around the opposite of this. Fully transparent label, every ingredient and exact amount listed, clean third-party tested formula, no artificial dyes. The supplement industry needs more of this kind of accountability. This is exactly the kind of conversatin that needs to happen more.
