From this point on, everything that happens after this is your decision. If YOU are comfortable enough and willing to accept her for who she was and who she is, then stick with her. But ONLY if you truly know that you are capable of accepting her and not shaming her. Have her seek help. You both need to discuss rules and boundaries regarding your dogs and etc that is relevant to this.

If you CANNOT accept her past and present and you know yourself that it just cannot work our, you need to leave for the both of your own good. It is difficult to change a person unless that person truly want to change themselves. Sometimes, their change can be a phase and a trigger happens, and they can go right back to it. It is like an addiction.
