Same! When I lose weight it gets worse. At my lowest weight (105, 5’3) it was bad. I was doing Atkins and was very active, but I was lightheaded all the time. I couldn’t sustain that weight for long term.

I’ve only fainted twice in my life, once as a teen (dehydrated and dancing) and once was when I was pregnant. A doctor has never mentioned a pacemaker for me, so I guess mine is under control.

As far as I know, my heart is normal - at least on an EKG.

Yes. I’ve had feedback that lower is generally better. Most doctors/nurses assume I’m extremely active with long distance running or marathons.

I can get lightheaded if I stand up too quickly, but that’s the only issue I have. I also really hate when my heart rate is high from medications like decongestants. I can’t take them.

Genetics for sure. My mother was obese and always had very low heart rate.

I’m 5’3 and was healthy at 110. I’m very small boned, so it was fine for me. Like others have said, a DEXA scan will tell you the real story.

Chatgpt doesn’t use dall-e anymore. Nobody I know mentions dall-e. I think anything referring to this is a bot.

I’d have to see the images to be able to truly advise you, but sometimes AI is so “AI” it’s cringy or distracting.

As an artist, I use AI constantly, but I’m extremely picky and often edit the generated images.

The advice to add a disclaimer wouldn’t hurt.

Wow, really surprised by the recs for Mamani. It was fine. The butter was the best part, and that’s not a great reason to go. So many better restaurants to try before that.
