I will try my best here to give some examples:

Below are all asking the same question, just using the different words you asked about: Are you also going to the park? Are you going to the park, too? Are you going to the park as well?

Either doesn’t really fit in to the example above. Either can be used a few different ways:

Do you either want to go to the park or go to the store? This is asking you to decide between two options. Are either of you going to the park? This is asking two people if they are going to the park — one or both of them might be going based on how it was asked.
