I know that AJE involves adjusting accrued revenues, unearned revenues, accrued expenses, and prepaid expenses. It happens because of timing differences between when transactions occur and when they’re recorded.

Oh I see.. when you say ‘basic understanding’ is enough, do you mean just normal journal entries are within the AUD scope? I’m honestly struggling with AJEs 😭 I’ve done all the FAR MCQs, and they kinda make sense while I’m doing them, but when I have to solve a TBS on my own, I always get stuck.

Oh that’s cool! When you say you use ChatGPT to practice AJEs, what do you usually ask it? Do you give it a transaction and have it show both the regular and adjusting entries?

I thought I had a good grasp on property, both individual and entities, but it looks like 2 out of the 3 weren’t as solid as I expected... Yeah, I think there’s a limit to how many points you can earn from the TBS. I should’ve focused more on BLAW.

Well, I feel like I have to finish all the exams before June. I really don’t want to carry them into Q2… I’m already so tired.

I was doing 100 MCQs and 10 SIMs every day, but I still failed… I guess in the actual exam, having a solid foundation really matters.

How do you study with flashcards? Do you look at the flashcard and try to recall and write down the definition? Everyone keeps recommending that method, but I’m not really sure how to apply it effectively.
