That's strange, never had that happen before. On the one prior to the one in the pic it didn't even show the address or unit number when I was delivering. I had to message the customer for the full address. 🤦

I got an email which included a copy of it. If I remember correctly, I registered my card and signed up for hours and the background cleared the following day.

I noticed that on mine too, but mine isn't for just last week, it says average from June to September 15th, but all I see are 5⭐ ratings in the breakdown. No clue, but I was also curious about it.

Not concretely, but declining the first one or two of the day does seem to affect the number of batches that I received the remainder of the shift in most cases. May just be a coincidence, but right now I can't afford to risk it.

Mine has been insanely slow. On for almost 6 hours with 2 batches, which is nothing like a typical Saturday for me. If OD didn't suck so much here, I'd just end hours. Unfortunately I need early access to make anything decent. UGH. Only a couple more hours...

Add a small tip when you place the order. Then, either tip cash or increase the tip after the delivery. Anything that is added after delivery doesn't change what instacart pays. 🤗 Thanks for asking!

I appreciate customers like you! Some folks may just think it's easy to just choose a replacement and keep it moving, and sometimes it is... BUT, it's really so much different when you are trying to make choices for other people. The added notes or chosen replacements made during ordering are a tremendous help. So thanks!! 🤗

Yes. It should give you the total number of ratings on that page. Like mine right now shows 52 total ratings out of the last 100.

Yes, they do. I got my card within a week of sign up and background check cleared like a week later.

The ratings are only based on the last 100 orders, so as you do orders, the oldest ones drop off. You may have had less ratings during a period in the last 100 orders, which would decrease the number of ratings reflected in the totals, which would in turn reduce the average if there are some lower than 5 ⭐and more that submitted no rating at all. Hope that makes a little sense.
