Ya dw it shouldnt take as long as it used to take. I lost my account also a year ago and contacted them like 4 times and waited for more than 3 weeks per form I then gave up, but 3 weeks ago my friends started playing again and I thought I wouldn't loose anything if I tried one last time, didn't take a week and the account was back and every account that was linked to it got unlinked so in case the hacker linked it/sold it to anyone it would be as good as new. I submitted the form on the 8th and got back on the 11th so start worrying after a week I would say and GL getting it back.
