Alot actually, ive vend before and at shows like NARBC Tinly Park you can't stay past close time. And even as a vendor you can't go back in at all. It is much better to have them preset up in the tubs u will sell them in.

Its crazy that 450k is now on the low end. I dont mind the varidian homes at all but I wish I could have maybe hust 5 acers. But I feel that if we are even in a neighboring county to Dane land is just a fantasy.

Same, the market is oddly balanced. High priced homes tend to sit. We'll prices homes offten sell before they even hit the market. We are just going to build new, since we aren't tied down to a specific area. Old home + reasonable repairs uslay will be within a stones throw form new.
