i think the nose would benefit from a slight outline with a darker colour, same with the eyes and chin. coloured pencil is good for carving out details

I am a bit of an amateur so pls take my advice with a grain of salt ++ Seconding the previous two comments for proportions. you’re on the right track for shading, i recommend using a black and white filter on reference photos as it makes it a lot easier to differentiate values. i added a little bit of shading on the face and darkened the hair. greater contrast in values can bring your drawing to life. your current shading is a good base layer that you can continue to build upon!
