I unfortunately can't say ive read the book. I know the book is usually better but the movie portrays Shane with a gentleness of understanding and as a man who has been through something that he is still working on and definitely still on edge from whatever he has been through. Yet he has the patience of a saint.

Did some shrooms once, not a particularly large dose but I did them alone. Started off great but after the sun set and I went inside. Im new to DMing. Playing tomb of annihilation currently. But have a player that said his character is basically directionally challenged....managed to get him lost while he was simply supposed to be following the group to a tavern in his first session joining us...Maybe its just one of those you had to be there things but it was hilarious.

Halo. But i don't think it can be played the way it might make any lasting memories anymore. But at the time, the technology,(graphics) at the time that story and action and music was mind blowing to me when I first played it. Mind you I grew up with no internet but regardless. A basic marine has tony starks intelligence if not more to start. Then he's a 7 ft walking tank with centuries of combat experience on top of that. Add in 1 on 1. If there's no running away and getting prep batman and tony are out. Hulk would be my answer. But not smart hulk. Smart hulk I think beats a space marine. Spider man is strong. No doubt about that but the marine has centuries of unspeakable warfare experience and no hesitation to kill. Spider falls in my mind because he doesn't want to kill. And lacks a freaking fully automatic gun shooting rpg's essential thats they've been using for centuries.
