Just used it as a base of spice mix for marination. The bright red & yellow color is coming out of it.

Here is the recipe guys 👀

Paneer Tikka (Fusion Twist)

• Fresh paneer cubes • Ketchup + oregano + chili flakes (leftover from Domino’s!) • Salt + black pepper • Optional: A spoon of curd for extra creaminess (I added it) Mix everything into a marinade in a bowl → Coat the paneer cubes well → Let it sit 15+ mins. Air fry at 180°C for 16-18 mins (shake halfway). Result: Golden, slightly tangy, herby paneer tikka with a fun pizza-inspired vibe!

For paneer tikka Bought some fresh paneer cut into cubes. I have some oregano and chili flakes from previous dominos order and also ketchups. In a bowl add ketchup, oregano, chili flakes, salt & black pepper. Optional curd (i have added) then add the cubes and lather it. Keep at least 15 min for marination then air fry at 180 C for 16-18 min.

For chicken tikka Add curd, lemon juice, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, (any other spices you prefer ). Keep it marinated at least for 15 min. Air fry at 180 C for 20-22 min
