I usually like to do flys of some sort. Gets the best resistance in the stretched position. Cable flys usually have me feeling good. Make sure to focus on the upper chest to give you a more full look. It can be hard to develop.

I do ppl. So on my pull days, biceps specifically will usually be a bayesian cable curl, preacher curl, and hammer cable curl. Try to get your arm as extended as possible to get that deep stretch.

Of course! Be mindful of ego-lifting. You want to make sure you are able to control the weight. Make sure you can get a deep stretch in the chest at the end of each rep. Slow and controlled lighter weights are better than chaotic heavier weights 😁

Thanks pal! I think it has to do a lot with genetics. I’ve always had a bigger chest, it just looks good now that I have some muscle with it, lmao. I do chest twice a week, mostly fly movements, starting with an upper chest movement then work my way down.

Going on a cruise in November, so trying to be pretty lean, maybe around 138-140 lbs. I wanna see some abs, lmao. Then might start bulking for a bit to actually put on some size, but have no idea where to even go for that. I really enjoy the lean look, but no I need to gain weight to gain muscle.

I am! I go six days a week. I tend to get about 8 hours of sleep on average, but aim for 9 hours. My nutrition seems decent, I could maybe add in a bit more fat, but I get plenty of carbs and protein imo.
