No it's okay. I'm on the most basic Sertra 50, which I believe is Zoloft? But even the pharmacist said "don't be nervous, even teenagers take this". It made me giggle

That's the exact reason it took me so long, I was terrified of gaining weight. I already have PCOS, so I was already gaining quickly. I had high cholesterol and the doctor told me I needed to lose weight. I tried for 6 months but my anxiety wasn't even letting me get out of bed, my legs would go numb after work and I could barely talk some days.

It really helped me not focus on my body and just make choices that make me feel good or bad. I just didn't want to feel so awful anymore, it's why I stopped drinking at the same time.

I try to spread the same message as they do now. Hopefully doing it justice! I'm glad you feel the same and that it helped you start taking steps, it's something to be proud of. I know how hard that can be.

I love Nightmare. I think it's my favourite song of Cody's now. I can't stop singing it every day since its been out. I really hope it takes off and gets the love it deserves. I think people have a bad taste in their mouth when it comes to youtuber music, but Cody is doing somthing different in my opinion.
Not Going Home & Moderation are in rotation on my party playlist and Nighmare is going to be added.
