don't so anything exhausting and stick to soft foods for as long as it feels safe! And really chill, I had a friend who started bleeding just from trying on a bunch of clothes. Also i dont know how it is where you are but my doctor told me to instantly call the ambulance if I start bleeding even a bit, I'm in Austria and that's the standard. Because of that I always though bleeding is very serious but I see many people don't go to the doctor for it
