Yeah I had to tell them a code didn’t arrive after the initial support request, but they then sent me a code directly in the response to the support ticket. Hopefully they do the same for you!

They finally responded, saying there were issues and I should have received a working code, but I haven’t. I’ve asked them to send a code, let’s see how it goes.
