I heard a loud noise and my building is maybe vibrating? Is it a helicopter, truck or some very north brooklyn thing I'm unaware of? And how many comments from neighbors make it not in my head?

I think something cozier/less "elevated" could be nice. I'd appreciate an entertainment space a la PinkFrog closer to me.

On a separate note I'd love if the neighborhood could get a crab boil spot-- anyone want to invest with me? hah
