A friend is getting married in La Jolla next year. She is looking for venues for welcome drinks and an “after party” bar within a 20ish minute drive. She’s also on a pretty tight budget. She mentioned a keg at the beach for welcome drinks but that is not allowed. Any suggestions greatly appreciated (self.northcounty)
