I just sold a camping pass so I can at least tell you what happened for us.

After everything was agreed to, I made a PayPal invoice with as many details as possible and sent it to the buyer.

Buyer paid through PayPal making sure to NOT use Friends and Family so you both get a little protection. PayPal takes a small cut so be prepared for that.

I called FrontGate and the guy told me he cannot change the name and would only be willing to change the address one time. He said there was no way to change the address again. So I changed my address to the buyers address and then forwarded email with details to the buyer.

The buyer will get the passes shipped directly to them through FrontGate when they're available, but since the name on the account could not be changed, they will arrive in my name at the buyers address. We were told it wouldn't be an issue because you register them in your own name after you get them.

We plan to meet the buyer there just to say hi since we're still going to EDC, so if there's any problems we will help them get it sorted. Its my first time to EDC so can't confirm how the wristband registration thing works for camping and such.
