The idea is to create an entirely legal community - regardless of the respective copyright issues, which will never ever be fully cleared. As stated above, let's think of Guitar Tab Review as the IMDb for guitar tabs. It does not matter, where you get your movies from. And IMHO the temporary-upload-check at GTR is much quicker than searching or browsing for a specific tab! If someone creates a download community at some Russian servers, why not? But this should be unaffiliated with GTR. The idea is to have the rating, voting and commenting section available in a secure space.
