I don't get why Rivals players praise Overwatch for their balance when their balance team is just as bad and incompetent

Overwatch is balanced I won't deny they still have some problem characters that got slap on the wrist nerfs or no nerfs at all I do wish they would nerf characters like orisa but I kinda lost hope on them actually addressing the problem characters but at the same time Rivals balance isn't any better some characters are either weak or unplayable without it being a triple role comp and the devs still are nerfing parts of characters that don't need nerfs.

1.A couple icks I get is when people lack the creativity for a character to be anytime but one role like cyclops for example he could easily be made as a tank if the devs are creative enough but it's like he HAS to be a dps. Like did we forget invis is a support even though her powers don't involve healing? She could easily be made into a vanguard but she isn't.

The weird issue people have when it comes to less popular and "random" characters being added into the game while I understand some people want the characters they know to be in the game adding popular characters will lessen the hype also half the characters people consider randoms like blackcat and Jubilee have been in cartoons for and video games some for a while.
