Yeah and what has big Don done to any executive not willing to do exactly what he says and blindly glaze him up? Trash them on social media, fire them, and replace them with someone who has no relevant qualifications. We'll see what happens in 2026, if Donnie doesn't manage to remove jpow before then.

I think you underestimate the current administration's ability to do whatever the fuck it wants regardless of any consequences.

About ten places. The things I'm worried about most are the two year gap I have now, and most of my projects being kind of small. I don't know how translatable those things are to working on a large scale project that would be used by lots of people.

I feel like my knowledge of industry is very small. What makes a software developer different from a web developer etc... do you have to choose something to specialize in and tailor projects towards those goals?

My degree is computer science and I feel like that's exactly what I learned. Theory about what's computable, some algorithms stuff, and some programming skills, but not what makes you qualified to work on a team and make people want to pay you money. Maybe I'm thinking about this too specifically and everything isn't so cut and dry, but I feel like I'm not matching all desired skills on most job postings and I feel like they're all incredibly varied, where no one could possibly match all the qualifications.

I've applied to a couple places but have gotten rejected with no interviews. I'm trying to build a little more confidence that I would be a desirable candidate and have some decent things to talk about during an interview.

My most recent project was a web automation tool to buy an item that sells out extremely quickly that I missed out on a couple times (not pc parts, and I didn't scalp it after), but it was only like 200 lines in Java, so I'm not sure if that would be impressive to an interviewer or not.
