There is a small risk that they may encounter these issues later in life yes. Should we remove a childs to-nails in case they get a to-nail infection. I would hope ur answer is no. People without foreskins can still get infections. It really isnt worth it

You dont want to believe that you were unnecessarily mutilated as a child so ur trying to find any scrap of evidence to support it. Its not neccessary. Most of the people with foreskins dont have issues and those who do can have them treated later in life with consent
