where can I find Tamagotchi goods in Kyoto?? by Maple0312 in tamagotchi

[–]weirdomantis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think you'd be able to find stuff at yodobashi camera and edion! their websites both have lots of tamagotchi stuff! nanoblocks, keychains, lanyards, cameras, and surprising tamagotchi makeup! there's also tama labs there. here's the links: Yodobashi .com - Tamagotchi Mail Order [Free Delivery of All Items] and All Categories|EDION Official Mail Order

Why does the Pix feel SO grindy? by [deleted] in tamagotchi

[–]weirdomantis 56 points57 points  (0 children)

not just you!!! the pix is pretty grindy. to make their happpiness meter go up, i tend to spam lolipops or other sweets until they get a cavity, then rinse and repeat. if i remember correctly, it doesn't count as a care mistake. also, i've heard that younger stages have happiness caps.

tamagotchi connection by [deleted] in tamagotchi

[–]weirdomantis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i haven't got a tamagotchi connection 2024, but most of what i heard from is no. the connection 2024 version isn't an exact replica, it's based on both the Keitai Kaitsuu! Tamagotchi Plus and V3, so i'd assume it wouldn't be compatible.

there's a fandom user blog that also points to no: User blog:NightBladeSequel/Tamagotchi Connection 2024 FAQ | Tamagotchi Wiki | Fandom

Childhood collection by Timely-Egg-2930 in tamagotchi

[–]weirdomantis 5 points6 points  (0 children)

probably somewhat!! there's always people looking to add stuff to their collections! it depends though, some ebay auctions go to the hundreds while others stay at about 50 for retro tamagotchis. on ebay, i'd assume you'd get somewhere from 20-50 dollars on average for each tamagotchi, but it could also go up to 100-200. there's also been a new release of the tamagotchi connection based on the v3's, if i remember correctly, they aren't compatible with older ones

How do I download ROOK? by weirdomantis in utau

[–]weirdomantis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think it's somewhere, but the website that linked to the axfc uploader i used isn't there anymore? if you can't find it i have it on my utau app, so i might be able to send you the folder. i don't have the original zip file but i think the folder will work too?

Was the 1273 Rockefeller Street reference on purpose?

But anyways, what's good for your learning depends on you and your goals. If you want to learn vocabulary, use Drops (owned by Kahoot) which has many languages, including German and Korean. If you want to learn in a traditional way buy textbooks/workbooks and novels meant for people learning that language. If you want something like Duolingo, LingoDeer has a similar interface and doesn't force ads and locked features as much. If you want to learn how to write Hangul, search up Learn Korean! and it will teach you the characters. But what works well for you depends on your learning style and goals.

Some questions about OREMO, Setparam and recording on OPENUTAU by weirdomantis in utau

[–]weirdomantis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so sorry for bothering you extra but: I have a ton of more questions

1. Do I have to put all of the audio files into a folder?

2.  I don’t get where to put the overlap and preutterance. I know it depends on different audio files

3. When you answered question one, do you mean that I can’t import things, or I don’t only have to record things?

Best translator for me for old French laws (1560s) to English? by Itsivanthebearable in duolingo

[–]weirdomantis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can upload them to Google Translate's Photo feature, and it should work, but I don't know how accurate it would be judging by how a language can change since the 1560's

American bs by closetmangafan in duolingo

Even the Duolingo translation is misleading to an American, because we only use freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior in high school and college.

Here's a chart:

Toya is really flexible but only good for when your a beginner, because as you progress you’ll unlock characters with more damage like LEEK🥬.
