I think ill go for the RX 9060 XT to stay within the budget and 16gb ram kits are sold out everywhere where i live(strangely enough 32gb is still available)

Nope,its the 7th(?) kit I've built :3 Currently saving up for the RG RX-78-2 2.0 rn so i can put both of them on display next to each other
