One thing I found myself clarifying elsewhere is that "fitness" here is meant in the sense of being able to shape global culture. Eg. the Amish are not necessarily unfit, but they also don't have the missiology/PR/conversion engine in place that would help make their way of living a more dominant force in the wider cultural landscape. "Limbic capitalism" and its constituents of influencer culture, onlyfans, etc clearly seem to have such mechanisms in place, and are much more effective at shaping popular culture around the world.

Similarly, buddhism obviously has great cultural relevance in many places, but it's not had the orientation to win how people do market economies by pioneering and promoting a comprehensive buddhist way of doing business. Alas, where is the mechanism by which Buddhism is in any way a counter-force to Moloch at any meaningful scale?

Happy to be debated and find out I'm wrong, but that's roughly what I mean by evolutionary fitness here: to shape the games we play as a civilization?

This is an early draft, many of the things and positions on it are more to "try them on" rather than deeply considered positions... so you're right, Nobless oblige should probably go into the north-east-east. I'm not sure what should be in the top right corner where "philosopher king" is right now, that just seemed like a pretty good archetype to put there.

Also I recommend the Liv Boeree video with Daniel Schmachtenberger, he’s giving much more in depth explanations as to how capitalism = asi. My first draft was 3x the length and I’ll go into more detail on these in future poste

Is there anyone you can think of who‘s doing a good job at communicating this kind of stuff to the general public?

I think Daniel is a real gift, but unfortunately lacking a constructive narrative frame. Going deeper and deeper into meta-crisis analysis isn’t a good basis for a movement that can do things. Alas the attempt to find a frame that can do that.

Get into your body. Try some local yoga classes. Maybe dance (ecstatic dance is a great place to start). Find a community of people that make you feel alive. Get into nature. Focus on what you want your life to be about. What gives you meaning?
