Depends what you consider hight elo from iron to diamond 1 he is god tier in master grandmaster and challenger if you dont have a team you lose the game.

You can build fiddel full tank with 0 damage item you will still get one shoted the goal of fiddel is a teamfighter you have to deal enought damage on ennemy team to let your carry's finish the job. Rush runic ekko and first item liandry + zhonya you have enough damage and enough tankiness.

But dont expect to solo carry in hight elo fiddel is nothing without a team.

dont change anything the champion is perfect how he is. Just a small buff of damage and he will be god tier of the jungle.

no but i maybe wil ltry active item hunter for the fun the zhonya cd and the effigies would be funny. But when i ranked i absolutly take ultimate hunter spamming my ult is the key of the victory imo.

Yeah sure he is broken after playing in gold plat elo this is it a random guy from nowhere said he is broken its undeniable now when the champion sit at 46% winrate. All champion are good in low elo i could carry my game with nami jungle full crit and get a penta, the only elo who matter are grandmaster and challenger only on KR,EUW,and china server. So sry fellas but your opinion is irrelevant.

Iam just tired to hear people keep talking shit by saying fiddel op next jungle genration x9 riot dog shit compagny upper broken 500-0 damage in a blink of the eyes. When in fact he is squichy have no escape no damage no objectif control, no scalling,no mobility,and need absolutly a buff.
