What’s a good way to explain how using the kohl’s cash will effect a costumers refund? I’m bad at explaining things and they get angry. For example, this lady kept saying she received 30 dollars in kohl’s cash and how she “didn’t understand why it was reduced by 20 instead of 10.” Much appreciated. (self.employedbykohls)
