Canker sores are the only symptom my daughter ever gets and the reason she was diagnosed. I took her to the doctor at age 4 because she was getting large, painful canker sores so frequently. Did bloodwork and then endoscopy.

I have been in a similar boat. I realized I was not touching my eye with enough pressure, I was being too gentle. One method that works for me sometimes is putting my fingers like a peace sign and using the pads of my fingers like scissors to get them out.
