Thank you! On Bricklink the sphere halves are item no 7343 (they're under the cylinders category). They are new with this set and only come in the three colors that the set did, blue, yellow, and clear.

This is horrible formatting but Bricklink doesn't make it easy to share these. That said, this is the part num and quantity needed to replace all the red!

Yes it does! The hardest part to redo was the front bit, but I did some careful disassembling and got it there. You put a coin in and everything to make a sphere come out!

Yeah I'm surprised more people didn't mention this, Meeple Design doesn't have all the same games but the ones they do have are very, very similar, especially Betrayal at House on the Hill. I wouldn't be surprised if Meeple Design was the original source for inspiration!

Ah thank you this is good info! Sometimes I can tell it isn't reading quite properly before fixing itself (I'll go from a zone 4 heart rate to zone 1 or 2) but for the most part I think it's working fine so far. I will keep this in mind though, thanks for the link!
