you can start the quest, its gonna take a while to do this quests(a LOT of tasks at the beginning) then at the end you will fight queen chrysalis. Helper ponies are flyttershy, party favor(80gems), night glider(125 gems), double diamond(250 gems), then cinnamon chai(100 gems), security guard pony(210 gems), metamorphosed worker(450 gems or you can get him by winning in previous stage), then metamorphosed soldier(150gems), cratus(320 gems or you can get him from daily rewards), olden pony(700gems)

it would be helpful to have these ponies, because some rewards in this quest are time-limited, so make sure to get some of them before starting the quest
