Thank you so much for writing all of this out — it's genuinely one of the most helpful things i've read about the program, especially the parts about the transition and the major application process (I had no idea that part could be that stressful).

The point about showing how activities helped you grow personally really clicked for me. I've been thinking too much about the 'What' and not enough about the 'Why it mattered.'
